Favorite issue #1 They are fair priced, honest, knowledgeable, FAST response if a unit goes down. 2nd favorite thing are the technicians and how every single tech that has come HAS KNOWN WHAT THEY ARE DOING. (I know you understand exactly what I am saying). The techs find and fix the problem without lying, THE 1st time. We have rentals and have had several new installs, by that I mean they have installed 6 completely new units, have had them come to do repairs on our older units as needed and when we have had a unit quit in the middle of the summer THEY ALWAYS got to us same day!. The techs working late into the evenings to get to everyones appointments and for the unexpected emergency calls. We have scheduled services that they TOLD US were not needed.
